30 MINUTE MEDITATION

Connect to your Heart and open to serve as a pure conduit of peace, freedom, and Ascension. Meditate in your own style for 30 minutes.

BE THE LIGHT

This is one of the longest ongoing weekly Mass Meditations on the planet, and the Field is strong. Be the New Light and radiate to all of creation.

MEDITATION STYLES:


1. Pure Meditation: Be the Sacred Presence of Source. Quiet the mind, enter the stillness, and open as a conduit of the highest LoveLight Intelligence. Use a guided meditation when needed for focus.

2. Visualize and Feel: Many focus on unified visualization of New Earth, infusing the Field with Light, or amplifying Crystalline plasma and organic Stargate flows.

3. New Earth Now: Can't meditate? Add your light during our sessions through creativity, sound healing, breathwork, or time in nature focused on peace, freedom, and Unity Consciousness.

4. Open to receive: Healing is naturally amplified during our meditations. If you need support, open to receive. 

IN SERVICE

SUNday Unity Meditations began in 2016, in the Sacred Gateway of Mount Shasta.

CORE INTENTIONS:

- Connect offline, in the organic Unity Field. Cultivate our natural ability to connect with Ascending Hearts, tap into the Unified realms of consciousness, and co-create without technology.

- Experience the power of Unity and Coherence. Connect and co-create as we do in the higher realms.

- Become conduits of pure LoveLight Intelligence, which self-corrects distortions and amplifies highest trajectories for all.

- Amplify peace, freedom, and Ascension.

SHARED EXPERIENCE


A deep communion with Gaia and her emerging new realms may be felt in these meditations. This brings profound heart opening to our personal and collective Ascension process.

Unity Meditations create a frequency match for our higher expressions. You may see the collective in lightbody form, along with Star Beings, Angelics, or Masters of Kryst Consciousness.

Unified visions are a widespread phenomenon. Many participants experience similar activations, visions, or messages during the meditations.

ACCELERATION IN UNITY

Coherence changes realities and perception. The stronger the vibration of LoveLight in the Field and in our hearts, the faster external distortions will dissolve.
